EqualEngineers is proud to deliver the “Leading Leaders” training programme for EDF, designed to enhance leadership development among employees. Our bespoke sessions are provided on a retained basis and are structured to meet the dynamic needs of EDF’s diverse workforce.

Earlier this year 10 of our colleagues attended the Microsoft 365 Bootcamp Training with SquareOne. Although we already had the Microsoft 365 package in the business, we were not using it to its full potential. The training provided us with a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365, enabling us to utilise it effectively and it has already had a positive impact on the way we work. The trainer was fantastic, and the overall service from SquareOne was excellent. We highly recommend both SquareOne and the course for any organisation looking to maximize their Microsoft 365 usage.

In collaboration with MPW Learning, a programme called ‘Leadership Pathway Programme’ was designed to bring all of the skills of a large high street charity organisation management team up to date. After introduction of the programme, common working practices were restructured, productivity increased and management satisfaction improved.

In our engagement with the Graduate Engineering Engagement Programme (GEEP), EqualEngineers proudly took on the pivotal role of supporting the recruitment process of students. Our approach was multifaceted, tapping into a variety of channels to ensure a diverse and talented pool of candidates. The recruitment strategy was designed to reach a broad spectrum of engineering students and recent graduates, leveraging our extensive network and expertise in the field.

At SquareOne Training we take pride in designing Spreadsheets for our customers, so we were delighted to be asked to design a solution to track staff courses and KPI alerts. This spreadsheet was implemented in 2018, but completely changed the way the company worked and made the data not only accurate but trackable.

EqualEngineers is honoured to have collaborated with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) on a pivotal project to refine and advance their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices, in line with their ambitious EDI Strategy 2025. Our engagement involved a thorough evaluation of IMechE’s current inclusion practices, aimed at bolstering their role both as an influential membership body and as an employer.

Delivered during the 2020/21 period, this comprehensive course has reached over 1,000 engineers and technicians across a multitude of companies, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to cultivate an inclusive environment within their organisations.
