What are dance courses?
Dance courses can be anything from 3 session ballroom dancing classes to months-long intensive dance courses that include performances and evaluations.
Dance classes generally focus on one discipline within dance such as tap, jazz, or even folk dancing. Not sure which kind of dance is right for you? Try a couple!
How are dance courses beneficial?
Whether you have been dancing since you were a child, or have always had two left feet and no coordination, it’s never too late to learn to dance. There are many different types of dancing genres to choose from, all of which can provide you with numerous physical as well as mental benefits! These include:
- Helping you to watch your weight
- Reducing your stress
- Improving your brain function and mental well-being

- Allowing you to have fun!
What and how will you learn during dance courses?
